| 摘 要： | 东钱湖智慧地理信息系统克服传统规划与地理信息的零碎分散、信息孤岛和不一致等问题，充分集成和管理各类基础测绘成果、历年规划成果和地理空间资源数据，实现基础测绘与规划数据采集、更新、处理、分析和办公于一体的信息化平台，在线动态管理各类规划编制、建设工程审批和地理空间数据成果，以城市三维仿真平台生动直观地辅助新城核心区规划，并基于东钱湖智慧地理信息系统创新规划移动办公模式。

| Abstract: | Smart Dongqian Lake geographical information system overcomes the problem of fragemented and lsotated island of information and inconsistency for the traditional planning and geographic information, full integrates and mana- ges all kinds of basic surveying and mapping data, planning achievement over years and the geospatial resource data to a- chieve basic surveying, mapping and planning data collection ,updating ,processing, analysis and office information in one platform, online dynamic manages of various types of planning, construction project approval and geospatial data resuks, the three- dimensional simulation platform vivid visual assists core district city planning of Dongqian Lake. Smart Dongqian Lake GIS creates city planning mobile office innovation model. |
