对闭锁分合闸断路器隔离方法的探讨

在调度运行中断路器闭锁分合闸是一种常见的故障。在不同的主结线方式下,隔离已闭锁分合闸断路器的方法及技巧都不同。就云南电网中存在的几种典型结线方式下断路器出现闭锁分合闸时,根据不同的背景条件,提出了一些具有代表性的处理方案,分析了不同处理方案的优缺点以及危险点。最后提出了处理断路器闭锁分合闸的一般原则,希望可对广大调度运行工作者在处理类似故障时提供有益的参考。

Research on the method of isolating the open-close blocked breaker

The open-cut blocked of the breaker in the dispatch movement is one kind of common default.In the different way of the main connection,the method and the skill of isolating the blocked breaker is all different.This paper proposes several typical methods of dealing with the closedown breaker in the different main way in Yunnan Power Grid,according to the different background,analyzing the advantage and disadvantage of the different methods.In the end of this paper,the principle of dealing with closedown breaker is proposed.It is hopeful to provide the beneficial reference to the dispatching workers in dealing analogous defaults.
