基于交通冲突技术的交叉口安全状况灰色聚类评价研究

摘    要:引入了交通冲突技术进行道路交叉口的交通安全评价.提出了以早高峰、平峰、晚高峰三个典型时段的交通冲突与混合当量交通量的比值(TC/MPCU)作为评价指标。对交叉口进行安全评价的交通冲突灰色聚类评价法,设计了计算软件.克服了多个时段交通量与冲突数据调查所带来的耗时耗力问题,同时也比以往采用时均(TC/MPCU)比值的评价法更客观、更准确.为交叉口的安全评价提供一种新的研究途径.

Abstract:The traffic conflict technique is taken as new evaluating method to overcome the drawbacks of present accidents statistics. By introducing the ratio of traffic conflict and mixed passenger car unit (TC/MPCU) as an safety evaluation factor, gray cluster evaluation is brought forward based on traffic conflict technique, which takes three TC/MPCU into consideration, namely that of morning climax, common and evening climax. Software is developed to calculate the statistics, which overcomes original waste in time and energy in calculating and is more objective and precise. This, therefore, provides a new method for safety evaluation at intersections.
