再生骨料界面纳米强化技术的微观分析

摘    要:通过XRD和SEM等微观测试方法研究纳米材料对再生骨料界面的强化效果。结果表明,纳米SiO2、纳米CaCO3、水玻璃能填补再生骨料表面的孔隙和裂缝,从而改善再生骨料界面结构、提高界面强度。

Abstract:The effect of nano-materials on strengthening the recycled concrete aggregate interface was studied by means of XRD and SEM. Based upon experimental works, the recycled aggregate interface structure was improved by nano SiO2, nano CaCO3 and Na2SiO3. That process can fill up some pores and cracks, resulting in an improved interfacial zone around recycled aggregate and a higher strength.
