中国制造2025战略背景下普通高校应用型人才培养质量提升策略研究

中国制造2025战略计划对多层次应用型人才培养提出了新的挑战。如何提升人才培养质量以满足不断提高的社会需求，成为高等教育发展的重中之重。由于普通高校具有区别于职业学院与重点院校的特殊性，因此针对普通高校展开提升应用型人才培养质量的研究十分必要。本文结合中国制造2025战略背景，以吉林化工学院材料学院为例，拟从专业设置、课堂改革、实验小组、校企合作四个方面提出普通高校应用型人才培养质量提升策略并进行实践研究。

Research on the Strategy of Improving the Quality of Application-Oriented Talents Training in Local Universities under the Background of the Made-in China 2025 Strategy

The Made-in-China 2025 Strategic Plan poses new challenges to the training of multi-level applied talents. How to improve the quality of personnel training to meet the increasing social needs has become the top priority in the development of higher education. Because of the particularity of local universities, it is necessary to carry out research on improving the quality of application-oriented talents training in local universities. Based on the background of the Made-in-China 2025 Strategic Plan, taking Jilin university of chemical technology as an example, this paper intends to put forward the strategy of improving the quality of application-oriented talents training in local universities from four aspects, including specialty setting, classroom reform, experimental group and school-enterprise cooperation, and carry out practical research.
