| 摘 要： | 以互联网金融为研究背景，分析互联网金融的发展现状，找出在发展过程中存在的问题，并基于互联网消费金融，分析互联网金融给居民消费所带来的积极影响和消极影响，进而从完善法律法规、增强居民风险意识和进行产品技术创新等方面提出相应对策。

| Abstract: | Based on Internet financial as the research background, this paper analyses current Internet financial development present situation, find out the problems existing in the development process, and based on the Internet consumer finance, financial analysis of Internet to the positive influence and negative influence brought by the residents' consumption, and perfect the laws and regulations, the residents' awareness of risk and product technical innovation is put forward the corresponding countermeasures. |
