| 摘 要： | 在目前国内建筑市场运作不够规范的现实情况下,工程款拖欠风险很大。针对业主未按合同支付工程进度款、工程竣工后的结算款、履约保证金、质量保证金时给施工企业带来的巨大的经营风险和财务风险的防范措施及其对策进行了阐述,可供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Under such practical situation that the domestic construction market operates at present not enough canonically,there are huge risks of construction fund in arrears,thus it was exposited in this text that prevention and countermeasure to the huge business risk and financial risk to the construction enterprises caused by the construction fund in arrears when an employer fails to pay the works progress fund,final accounts of completed project,performance bond,quality assurance that he should pay,which could be used for reference. |
