| 摘 要： | 根据大型商业综合体室内步行街的建筑特性和现行技术规范要求,分析总结了大型商业综合体在设置室内步行街时存在的消防设计难点,并提出相应的设计对策。同时,在现行规范对室内步行街没有明确规定的情况下,笔者建议采用性能化设计对室内步行街消防设计进行安全评估,从而更为全面、可靠的保障大型商业综合体消防安全,确保不发生火灾事故。

| Abstract: | According to large commercial complex interior pedestrian street construction characteristic and the present technical specification requirements,the analysis summarizes the large commercial complex in setting up interior pedestrian street of the fire design difficulty,and proposes the corresponding design countermeasures.At the same time,in the current specification of indoor pedestrian street is not clearly stipulated in the case,the author suggests using performance-based fire design of indoor pedestrian street design safety evaluation,and thus a more comprehensive and reliable to ensure the safety of large commercial complex fire,fire accident to ensure that don't. |
