| 摘 要： | 介绍了美国、瑞典、前苏联的老年人居住建筑的概况，分析了我国老年公寓的现状，针对我国现有国情，提出了解决我国养老居住模式的方案，以形成具有中国特色的养老居住模式，并为实现我国养老目标提供坚实全面的物质支持。

| Abstract: | It introduces the general situations of residential buildings for the old in America, Sweden, Soviet Union. According to the current situation in China, it brings forward plans to solve the residential modes for the old, so as to build a residential modes of Chinese features, and offers substantial support for realizing the aim of old-caring completely. |
