工程评标的模糊决策方法

摘    要:为了科学地评价投标单位的实力,针对投标单位进行单因素评判易实现、在量化因素少的情况下多因素综合评价较难实现的现实,以单因素评价为基础、采用多准则模糊决策理论,建立了综合评价投标单位的评标方法.根据实际工程类型和业主的具体要求,可以随时调整评判变量.此方法操作简便,切合实际,增强了决策的科学性.

Abstract:To make a more scientific appraisal for the units and to provide a scientific basis for final results, considering it is easy to realize to take single factor evaluation for bidding units, bidding method of evaluating bidding units based on single factor evaluation is built by introducing multicriterion fuzzy decision theory in this paper. According to type of practical project and requirement of owner, evaluation variables can be adjusted at any moment. The proposed model showed better effects than the existing model.
