| 摘 要： | 针对天津市地铁二期工程3号线北站北-铁东路站盾构区间的工程地质情况和施工条件,就其盾构机的选型进行了分析。在分析中,对盾构机的刀盘、刀具的形式以及布置等进行了阐述,同时时推力、刀盘驱动扭矩、主驱动功率、推进系统功率、螺旋输送机出土能力以及注浆能力等关键参数进行了计算。最终确定选择加泥式土压平衡盾构。实践证明该盾构机选型是合理的。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the engineering geological conditions and construction conditions of the shield zone in 3# line of TianJin Subway second-stage pro- ject,this article analyzed the type selection of shield machine,elaborated the pattern and arrangement of cutter head and cutters,and calculated the re- lated parameters such as thrust force,torque of the cutter head,main driving power,thrust system power,screw conveyor' capacity,finally,the earth pressure balance shield was selected.The construction practice showed that the type selection of shield machine was reasonable. |
