| Abstract: | The paper introduces the points of quality control of purchasing premixed concrete, and mixes it with the content of sampling system by overseeing.It supervises effectively constructional quality, the paper explains that emphasis of which lies in ensuring perfect property, limitation property,authority of sampling by overseeing record. Product quality can be ensured controlled step by step according to precontrol system of quality sampling by overseeing. |
