兴安直流接地极不平衡保护电流定值问题仿真试验研究

摘    要:2008年5月5日兴安直流双极相继闭锁。利用RTDS与兴安直流实际的控制保护装置组成的闭环试验系统,对兴安直流接地极不平衡保护电流定值调整的必要性和可行性进行了仿真试验分析,建议兴安直流60EL保护低电流定值22.5A维持不变。研究成果对直流现场生产运行具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Two poles in Xing-An HVDC project blocked sequentially on May 5, 2008. Through a closed-loop experiment system conbimed RTDS simulation system with control and protection devices in Xing-An HVDC project, simulation and analysis on the settings of electrode current balance protection in Xing-An HVDC project are carried out. It is suggested that the setting parameters of DC protection 60EL in Xing-An HVDC project maintained on 22.5 A. The results may be helpful to the operation of HVDC system.
