摘    要:介绍高炉铁液采用喂镁包芯线脱硫的试验情况。试验证明镁合金芯线、电石-镁芯线和纯镁芯线都能脱硫,纯镁芯线在成本上最低。若改进脱硫工艺和提高镁的吸收率,可进一步降低脱硫消耗成本。

Abstract:The investigation on desulphurization of liquid pig iron by injecting Mg-containing cored wires was introduced.It was concluded that all of three sorts of cored wires including Mg-alloy cored wire,CaC2+Mg cored wire and pure magnesium cored wire could be used for desulphurizing the liquid iron,and the desulphurization cost with pure magnesium cored wire was the lowest.The desulphurization cost could be reduced further more by improving desulphuzation process and increasing magnesium recovery.
