克拉2气田完井工程方案及应用

摘    要:克拉2气田是中国目前最大的整装气田,是西气东输的主要气源地,具有压力系数高、气藏埋藏深、储层厚度大、单井产能高的突出特点,气井完井工艺难度大。为了保证该气田安全、科学、合理地开发,国内外多方研究单位共同完成了克拉2气田完井工程方案的编制。在结合国际大石油公司的先进技术和管理经验及借鉴API RP 90标准的基础上,摸索出一套适合于克拉2气田完井工程方案及气井现场实施完井工艺、高压气井风险评估的方法,对提高克拉2气田的完井工艺水平,具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The Kela 2 gas field, as the biggest gasfield in China, is the main gas supply base for West to East Gas Pipeline Project, featured by high pressure coefficient, deep gas burial, thick reservoir layers, and high productivity from individual wells. In order to ensure safe, scientific, and proper development of the gas field, several research departments all over the world have jointly developed the completion engineering program for the Kela 2 gas field. Through combining with the advanced technology and management experiences of international petroleum companies and reference to API RP 90 Standard, engineers explore a set of methods fit for the Kela 2 gas field, for completion operations on site, for risk evaluation of high pressure gas wells. That will be helpful for improving completion technology used in the Kela 2 gas field, and will provide useful experience for completion of gas wells.
