| 摘 要： | 设计了一种针对高速公路，基于IP网络的隧道视频监控系统。系统具有自动视频切换、视频录制、车速提醒和车流量统计等功能。系统基于TCP／IP协议和．NET平台，所设计的逻辑结构不仅方便了各监控系统的级联，也方便了开发人员开发系统软件。
