| 摘 要： | 对壁厚超厚的圆管、方管铝型材用分流模,型腔裂纹和局部下塌变形的平面模的修复进行了分析,提出了采用堆焊配模的工艺修复壁厚超厚的方管和圆管铝型材分流模,提出了采用镶块加工的工艺修复型腔裂纹和局部下塌变形的平面模。并指出了堆焊加工以及镶块加工修复铝型材模具的具体工艺。
