摘    要:北京城北500kV变电站GIS安装过程中,克服了工期紧张、任务重、安装精度要求高、环境要求严格等困难,认真做好技术准备、设备验收、基础偏差控制及沉降观测和严格控制安装现场环境,并采取了一系列质量控制措施。在整个交流耐压试验过程中没有发生击穿放电现象,这证明了城北500kV变电站GIS安装的质量控制是比较成功的。

Abstract:During installation of GIS at North Beijing 500 kV Substation the constructors overcame many difficulties including short construction schedule, heavy works, high requirements for installation accuracy and strict requirements for environments, etc. They did well the technical preparation, acceptance of equipment, control on the offset of foundation, observation on the foundation settlement and strict control on the environment at the installation site. They also took many measures for quality control. So during the whole AC voltage-withstand test there was no phenomena of breakdown discharge, which has proved the success of quality control for installation of GIS at the substation.
