压裂实验法评价裂缝性桥塞堵漏

摘    要:通过水力压裂实验方法评价了几种注入体系对裂缝桥塞封堵的效果。结果表明,具有良好造壁性的水基钻井液能够显著提高岩心的破裂压力,相当于具有防漏能力。当裂缝性漏失发生后,尽管桥塞堵漏体系的高瞬时滤失量有利于该体系在裂缝尖部快速脱水建立固相封堵层,提高裂缝传播阻力,但并没有显著提高封堵层阻力,而具有良好造壁性的钻井液加上细粒碳酸钙则是通过提高裂缝的重新开启压力来提高岩心的承压能力。

Abstract:Several injective systems are evaluated the advantage for plugging the fracture in the method of using hydraulic experiment. The result of the experiment shows that the water-based drilling fluid with better wall building property can apparently improve the core fracture pressure and is equavilent to have leak resistance ability, when the circulation is in the fracture lost circulation,although the moment filtration of bridging plug system has a benefit to establish quickly dehydrated solid plugging in the terminal fracture and not largely improve the propagation resistance force of fracture. The drilling fluid with better wall building property added up the particle of calcium carbonate improves the core load supporting capacity by the way of improving re-open pressure of fracture.
