摘    要:该文结合坦克零部件疲劳强度可靠性Weibull分布应力和对数正态分布强度的特点,对JC法进行改进,在设计验算点处用等效对数正态分布直接计算其可靠度指标,迭代次数少,计算简单。由于该方法只需对应力作等效对数正态变量变换,既符合坦克零部件应力谱服从偏态分布的特征,又不必对强度分布作近似处理,计算工作量相对比JC法少,精度也高。

Abstract:This paper describes an approximate method of reliability calculation for tank parts. This method improves the JC method of reliability calculation by way of using the characteristics of fatigue strength of tank parts having Weibull distribution stress and lognormal distribution strength. In the design check point the equivalent lognomal distribution is directly usde for calculating the reliability. The method only needs transforming the stress into the equivalent lognormal variable. It not only conforms to the characteristic of stress spectra having asymmetric distribution of the tank parts,but also has no need of making the strength distribution approximated. So this method is more simple and accurate than the JC method.
