摘    要:153载重汽车驱动桥是重型汽车选用较广的驱动后桥,而冲焊桥壳具有外观好、重量轻、清洁度高、故障率低等优点。文中介绍了改善桥壳外观、提高焊接质量、减少生产过程中的桥壳变形、提高桥壳加工精度的工艺改进。

Abstract:The drive axle of 153 heavy duty truck is a widely used rear axle for heavy duty truck.Punched axle housing has the advantages of good appearance,light weight,high cleanliness & low failure rate.This article introduced the improvement of the craft for improving the appearance of the axle housing & the welding quality,and also for reducing the distortion and improving the accuracy of the axle housing in the production.
