镁合金表面热喷铝工艺及防腐性研究

摘    要:简述了在镁合金上的热喷铝工艺,并对表面喷铝层的耐腐蚀性进行了分析研究。对腐蚀后的表面进行了形貌观察及成分分析。结果表明,经热喷铝处理后,镁合金的耐腐蚀性能得到了极大的提高。

Abstract:In this paper the processing of metallized aluminum on magnesium alloys is described. The salt spray experiment has been done. The surface morphology after corrosion has been observed with SEM and element has been analyzed with EDX. The result shows that the resistance corrosion of magnesium is improved greatly after being metallized aluminum.
