| Abstract: | In this paper, the application conditions of concentrated charges and strip charges are surveyed; the advantages of strip charges, charge classification, the calculation of load, charge space and crush zone radius in chamber blasting are introduced; the issues which should be considered during design of strip charges, the methods of treating some problems during layout of strip charges, priming technology and the notices in operation of the stemming are discussed. These are available for reference for chamber blasting projects. |
