声波频率对CBL/VDL型水泥胶结测井仪评价结果影响的分析

摘    要:通过比较大庆油田现用的不同频率的CBL/VDL型水泥胶结测井仪测量结果及固井质量结果,讨论了声波频率对这种仪器评价结果的影响。发现频率低时,由于记录到的声幅值较高,评价结果可靠。并据此认为,若不同频率的CBL测井组合,可能查明未胶结好的薄层及套管与水泥环间的间隙。同时,分析了固井质量评价指标BI的意义及对解释结果的影响。

Abstract:This paper compares the CBL/VDL cement bond logging unit of various frequency used in Daqing Oil Field with the result of cement job quality, and Discusses the effect of the unit on the evaluation result. When the frequency is low, the recorded acoustic amplitude value is high. So the evaluation result is reliable. It suggests that the clearances between the thin beds not well cemented and casings and cement sheathes may be examined if CBL logging combination of various frequency exists. Meanwhile, it analyses the significance of the evaluation indexing BI of cement job quality and its effect of interpretation result.
