| 摘 要： | 认知语言学的研究表明,隐喻不仅仅是一种修辞方式,更是一种思维方式。隐喻的应用非常广泛,并不仅局限于一些文学作品中,还广泛应用于商务与科学领域。本文在基于对英语中隐喻的本质,构成以及解读方法的论述上;进一步探讨了其在文学领域以及商业新闻报道与科技英语中的应用,通过一些具体应用例子的分析,指出并阐明:隐喻在非文学领域的应用,不仅为普通读者在文章与其结构的理解上,提供了一种新的方式;同时,还使其文章更加生动,具有可读性。

| Abstract: | The studies of cognitive linguistics show that metaphor is not merely a rhetorical device but more of a way of thinking.The appli-cation of metaphor is not limited in literary texts and a great number of business and scientific definitions have been formed through metaphor.Thus metaphor does not only provide a new way in understanding of the texts and structure,but also ensures the texts lively,readable and favora-ble to readers. |
