永定河泛区洪水演进特性的数值模拟

摘    要:为了研究洪水在永定河泛区的演进情况,依据水动力学原理建立了河道与泛区衔接计算的洪水演进数学模型,对永定河泛区进行了模型验证和百年一遇洪水过程的模拟计算。结果表明,验证模型的计算值与调查值吻合较好,由此依据该模型模拟结果,参照现行调度方案将泛区划分为6个区域,统计各区域不同水深范围的洪水体积;百年一遇洪水过程模拟结果表明,第350h泛区淹没面积达到最大值,最大水深超过2m,中下游区域内淹没历时长,水深较深,洪水来临时需尽快转移居民。

Numerical Simulation of Flood Routing in Yongdinghe Flood Area
Abstract:In order to study the flood routing in the Yongdinghe flood area, a mathematical model of flood routing between rivers and flooding area was established based on hydrodynamics theory. Simulation calculation was carried out to validate the model and simulate the hundred year flood process in Yongdinghe flood area. The verification results show that the calculated values are in good agreement with the survey values. According to the calculation results and the current scheduling scheme, the flood area is divided into 6 regions. The flood volumes in different water depth range for each region are counted. Simulation results of the 100 year flood process show that the submerged area reaches the maximum value at 350th hours; the maximum water depth exceeds 2 m; the flood last a longer time in the midstream and downstream region, and water depth is deeper. It is needed to transfer residents as soon as possible when the flood comes.
