塔吉克格罗夫纳亚电站水轮机技术更新改造

摘    要:为解决塔吉克格罗夫纳亚电站水轮机振动和出力不足等问题,针对电站尾水管深度不足,提出将转轮直径缩小的水轮机改造方案,并采用CFD分析方法,对水轮机全流道进行CFD模拟计算。结果表明,改造后水轮机的水力性能,包括能量指标、水力稳定性和空化性能等均满足电站改造要求。

Water Turbine Technical Improvement for Golovnaya Hydro Power Station in Tajikistan
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of the vibration and insufficient output of water turbine in Tajik Golovnaya station, this paper proposes the turbine reconstruction scheme of reducing the runner diameter considering insufficient depth of the draft tube. And then the simulation calculation is implemented on the whole flow passage of water turbine with CFD analysis method. The results show that the hydraulic performances of water turbine including energy index, hydraulic stability and cavitation performance meet the requirements of power plant.
