纳米高岭土在氯化聚乙烯橡胶中的应用

摘    要:研究了纳米高岭土对氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM140B)的填充补强作用。结果表明:随着纳米高岭土用量的增加,CM140B硫化胶的焦烧时问、正硫化时间均逐渐延长。添加少量的纳米高岭土时,CM140B硫化胶的拉伸强度、拉断仲长率、撕裂强度、门尼粘度、硬度均减小。增加纳米高岭土用量,CM140B硫化胶的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、定伸应力、撕裂强度、门尼粘度、硬度均逐渐增加。纳米高岭土对CM140B的补强效果与半补强炭黑和白炭黑相当,但其正硫化时间较自炭黑的短,且门尼粘度远远低于白炭黑的数值。与非纳米高岭士相比,使用纳米高岭土填充的CM140B综合性能优异。

Abstract:The filling effect of nanokaolin to the CM140B was researched. With the increase of nanokanlin dosage,the scorch time and optimum cure time of the CM140B were increased. Adding a little dosage of nanokaolin to CM140B, lhe lensile strength, elongation at break, tear strength, mooney viscosity and hardness were all decreased. When the dosage of nanokaolin was increased,the tensile strength, elongation at break, modulus, tear strength, mooney viscosity and hardness were increased. Nanokaolin had equal reinforced effect with middle reinforced-carbon black and silica, but the scorch time and mooney viscosity were lower than silica. Compared with other kaolin, nanokaolin gave CM140B good performance.
