| 摘 要： | 蒸发段水平布置的余热锅炉易发生汽水分层从而常产生温差应力腐蚀。介绍一种蒸发管内加设内芯技术,可在不提高循环水流量的情况下避免汽水分层,保证余热锅炉蒸发段的安全,节省建设投资和设备制造成本。同时加内芯后系统压力降减少,达到了节能减排的目的。
