摘    要:蒸发段水平布置的余热锅炉易发生汽水分层从而常产生温差应力腐蚀。介绍一种蒸发管内加设内芯技术,可在不提高循环水流量的情况下避免汽水分层,保证余热锅炉蒸发段的安全,节省建设投资和设备制造成本。同时加内芯后系统压力降减少,达到了节能减排的目的。

Abstract:The waste heat boiler with horizontal steam generator was prone to temperature stress corrosion cracking caused by the separation of water and steam.A new technology is available to ensure the steam generator safety by adding core pipe in the steam generator tube to prevent separation of water and steam without increasing the flowrate of cooling water.The application of this technology can save the construction and equipment investment and reduce energy requirement and emission due to the reduced pressure d...
