摘    要:目的 探讨黄精炮制前后及配伍对雌性大鼠内分泌和免疫功能的影响。方法 将SD健康雌性大鼠32只,随机分为空白对照组、生药黄精组、炮制黄精组、黄精配伍组,应用酶联免疫法检测血清中激素、神经递质和免疫球蛋白含量。结果 各个处理组与空白对照组相比,作用效果显著(P<0.05),黄精显著升高雌性大鼠血清的促性腺激素释放激素、促卵泡生长激素、雌二醇、5羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素以及免疫球蛋白A的水平(P<0.05)。结论 综合各考察因素效果,最佳为炮制黄精组。黄精对雌性大鼠内分泌、神经和免疫系统功能作用效果存在差异,且从内分泌系统方面论证了黄精补阴作用的中医理论,也进一步为黄精作为功能食品原料提供了依据。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of Polygonatum cyrtonema (P. cyrtonema) before and after processing and compatibility on endocrine and immune function of female rats. Methods A total of 32 healthy SD female rats were randomly divided into a blank control group, a crude medicine P. cyrtonema group, a processed P. cyrtonema group, and a P. cyrtonema compatibility group. The content of hormones, neurotransmitters and immunoglobulins in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunoassay. Results Compared with the blank control group, treatment group mostly had a significant effect (P<0.05 or P<0.01). P. cyrtonema significantly increased the serum levels of gonadotropin-releasing hormone, follicle-stimulating growth hormone, norepinephrine and immunoglobulin A in female rats (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion According to the comprehensive investigation of the effects of various factors, the best method is to process P. cyrtonema. There are differences in the effects of P. cyrtonema on endocrine, nervous and immune system functions of female rats, and the traditional Chinese medicine theory of P. cyrtonema supplementing Yin function is demonstrated from the aspect of endocrine system, which further provides a basis for P. cyrtonema as a functional food raw material.
