An Agent-Based Cooperative Learning and Communicating System for Public Security Criminal Investigation Knowledge

This paper puts forward a system under the network for Policemen to learn and communicate criminal investigation knowledge cooperatively by the technology of multi-agent.This system provides a cooperative studying environment for the police in different sites to share information and to acquire new technology of criminal investigation.The article simply describes the system architecture,the internal structure of agent,and the inter-agent communication mechanism and system features.
