催化重整装置氯腐蚀及防护

摘    要:介绍了中国石油天然气股份有限公司玉门油田公司炼油化工总厂催化重整装置曾出现的腐蚀问题和铵盐结晶情况,认为造成腐蚀的主要原因是重整原料中氯的存在,对氯的来源及腐蚀机理进行了分析,并提出增设旁路、优选脱氯剂和在线腐蚀监测等防护措施。

Abstract:The catalytic reformer in petrochemical complex of PetroChina Yumen Oil Field Company suffered from corrosion and crystallization of ammonium salts due to the presence of chlorine in the feedstock. The sources of chlorine and corrosion mechanism were analyzed, and prevention measures were taken such as addition of by - pass, selection of appropriate de - chlorination agents and implementation of on - line monitoring.
