Selection of configuration modes for start-up system of supercritical once-through boilers

Owing to its own features,a once-through boiler must be quipped with a special start-up system to ensure the safety of water-cooled wall and normal steam supply during its start-up and shutdown as well as low-load operation.This paper describes its start-up system with integral separator.In the light of the recovery of working medium and energy as well as the operation of the boiler,a comparison is made between the integral separator start-up system with drainage circulating pump and that without drainage circulating pump,thus facilitating the selection of configuration modes for start-up system of supercritical once-through boilers.
