摘    要:〗因钻井地质条件复杂致使钻井速度慢、井漏、储层易伤害一直是困扰四川油气田钻井技术发展的难题。近年来研究并试验了气体钻井技术,取得了明显的效果,展示了良好的技术优势和发展前景。目前,已形成气体钻井技术规范、干气钻井、雾化钻井、泡沫钻井、气体钻井防斜打快、气液转换、高效排液、气体钻井取心、气体钻井装备及配套工具、气体钻水平井、气体钻井复杂情况的处理等系列技术,对提高钻井速度、解决井漏复杂情况、发现和保护油气层起到了重要的作用。气体钻井技术在国内还是一项新兴技术,建议开展气体钻井条件下的防喷器冲蚀机理研究,研制适合于气体钻井的井控装备,并建立一套完善的气体钻井数据采集和远程控制系统来提高气体钻井技术的可靠性和安全性。

Abstract:The bottle neck points of Sichuan drilling technology are low ROP, lost circulations, reservoir damage resulted from complicated geologic conditions. In recent years, gas drilling technology has been studied and tested; it shows good results, exhibiting technical advantages and bright development prospects. Up to now, we have developed technical specifications for gas drilling, and a series of technologies including straight gas drilling, mist drilling, foam drilling, fast deflection minimized gas drilling, gas/liquid conversion, effective fluid drainage, gas coring, gas drilling equipment and tools, horizontal drilling with gas, and measures to solve gas drilling problems, etc. Field application shows that those technologies play important roles in ROP improvement, control of lost circulations, discovery and protection of reservoirs. Gas drilling is still a new technology in China, and it is recommended that study be conducted on the mechanism of BOP erosion to develop special well control equipment for gas drilling, and a set of data acquisition and remote control system be set up to improve reliability and safety of gas drilling.
