| 摘 要： | 在对现代模具表面技术概述的基础上,具体介绍了碳化钨条氧一乙炔火焰耐磨堆焊技术在模具表面强化中应用的工艺方法,同时提出了“普通钢 焊接表面强化”部分代替模具钢的方法,并在实际生产实践中取得了满意的效果。

| Abstract: | Based on modern mould surface technology, the application process of oxyacetylene flare wearable surfacing technique in the reinforcing of molding surface is introduced. The new method that "normal carbon steel + welding reinforcing surface "instead expensive molding steel partly is proposed. The satisfied result is achieved in actual production with the method. |
