摘    要:高压容积的大小是影响共轨压力波动以及系统压力建立过程的重要因素。应用HYDSIM软件建立了某型高压共轨系统模型,研究了高压容积对系统压力波动以及系统压力建立过程的影响,并提出共轨系统高压容积的优化设计原则。

Abstract:The high pressure volumeis one of the important parameters for a common rail injection system. It affects the railpressure stable and system dynamic response. The modelof a high-pressure common rail system is builtwith HYDSIM software. How high-pressure volumeaffects the amplitude of pressure wave and the formation ofthe system’s pressure are studied. Moreover, the optimum design principle of high pressure volume of the common rail system is pointed out.
