摘    要:滚动轴承是旋转机械中最常用的易发故障零件,这是因为以前的转子-轴承系统设计方法不够合理,采用一种新的设计方法对转子-轴承系统进行优化设计,并对优化后的结果进行动力学分析。实验结果表明,优化后的轴承保护环在满足给定的要求下能够有效地保护轴承系统。

Abstract:Rolling bearing is one of the most common mechanical part which is easy to be failure.The reason of failure is that traditional ways of design of rotor bearing system are not so reasonable.The passage makes a new design way to do optimization design,and dynamics analysis was achieved through the result of optimization design.The experimental results show that the optimized protective ring of bearing can protect bearing system in the given requirements.
