完善矿产资源价格体系的建议

矿产资源价格对其保值增值和国民经济持续稳定发展具有重大意义。矿产资源产权管理和形成合理的矿产资源价格是合理利用资源、建立节约型社会的必备条件。矿产资源资产产权市场、价格机制和经济学效用原则是建立合理矿产品价格体系的基础,文章对我国现行矿产资源资价格体系存在的突出问题、危害性和不合理原因等进行较为详细的经济政策分析。认为价格机制不正常,就不能形成合理的价格,必然导致矿产资源的浪费和严重影响国家资源安全及经济的可持续发展。只有合适的价格才能正确反映矿产品供给和需求,才能正确调动矿产资源流向最需要的地方和行业,从而保证矿产资源最大限度的合理使用。作者在此基础上提出完善矿产资源价格体系的建议。

Advices for Perfecting the System of Mineral Resource Price

The price of mineral resources is of great significance to value preservation and increment and sustained and steady development of national Economy.Property management of mineral resources and mineral resources reasonable price is the essential condition to utilize resources and build economical society.The assets of mineral resources property market,the price mechanism and principle of utility economics are the foundation to establish a reasonable mineral commodity price system.In this article,the prominent problems which existed in current mineral resources price system,harmfulness and unreasonable causes are analysed in detail.If the price mechanism is not normal,it can not form reasonable price and must waste the mineral resources and serious influence state resources security and economic sustainable development.Only the right price can correctly reflect the ore supply and demand and mobilize mineral resources to the right places where needed it mostly,to ensure the maximum reasonable utilization.Based on this,advices for perfecting the system of mineral resource price are proposed in this article.
