橡胶水泥土的抗冻性能

摘    要:为了研究橡胶粉掺量、水泥掺量、橡胶粉粒径、养护方式以及龄期等因素对橡胶水泥土抗冻性能的影响,设计了初期受冻和冻融循环两类试验.试验表明:初期受冻对后期橡胶水泥土抗压强度没有影响,橡胶水泥土负温条件下抗压强度增长率高于水泥土;冻融循环初期,橡胶水泥土抗压强度呈增大趋势,峰值约出现在第15次循环;随着橡胶粉掺量的增加,抗压强度降低,橡胶粉掺量为10%的橡胶水泥土受冻融循环影响较小;随着水泥掺量的增加,抗压强度变大;对于试验选取的两种橡胶粉粒径,含粒径大的橡胶水泥土抗冻效果较好.

Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of such factors as the mixing content of both rubber powder and cement, the particle diameter of rubber powder, the curing methods as well as the age on the frost resistance of rubberized cement soil, both initial freezing and freeze thaw cycle tests were designed. The test results show that the initial freezing has no influence on the ultimate compressive strength of rubberized cement soil at later stage. The increasing rate in the ultimate compressive strength of rubberized cement soil is higher than that of cement soil under the negative temperature condition. At the early stage of freeze thaw cycle, the ultimate compressive strength of rubberized cement soil tends to increase, and the peak value of ultimate compressive strength appears at the 15th cycle. With increasing the mixing content of rubber powder, the ultimate compressive strength decreases, and the freeze thaw cycle exhibits less influence on the rubberized cement soil with 10% rubber powder. With increasing the mixing content of cement, the ultimate compressive strength increases. For the chosen two particle diameters of rubber powder in the investigation, the rubberized cement soil with bigger particle diameter exhibits better frost resistance.
