中国石油西南油气田公司管道完整性管理研究与实践

摘    要:管道完整性管理可将风险控制在合理、可接受的范围内,预防和减少管道事故的发生,经济合理地保证管道安全运行。“十一五”期间,中国石油西南油气田公司针对其长输和集输天然气管道场站的特点,按照管道系统完整性管理的理念和要求,在管道及场站管理系统、适用于不同介质工况的管道风险评价技术、管道完整性检测技术、管道完整性评价技术、管道维修与维护技术、场站完整性管理配套技术等方面,形成了一系列研究成果,建立和完善了西南油气田公司管道完整性管理的技术体系、管理体系和实施模式,显著提高了该公司管道完整性管理水平。这些研究成果和应用经验不但为西南油气田公司提高管理水平、确保管道场站安全运行提供了技术保障,也为其他油气田公司推广应用管道完整性管理提供了借鉴。

Abstract:The pipeline integrity management will maintain the risk within an acceptable and reasonable range, prevent and reduce any possible accidents, and guarantee the safe operation of pipelines in a cost effective way. During the 11th Five Year plan, the PetroChina Southwest Oil & Gasfield Company, based on the characteristics of flow and transport lines and according to the concepts and requirements of the integrity management of the piping system, has accumulated research achievements in the aspects of management system of pipelines and stations, risk evaluation of pipelines under different working conditions, pipe integrity detection, pipe integrity evaluation, pipe repair and maintenance, the supporting techniques of integrity management of stations, and so on. On this basis, a complete integrity management system as well as its implementation mode is thus built and completed for the pipelines operated by this company. These research achievements and successful practices will provide not only technical support for improving the management level and ensuring the safe operation of pipelines and stations, but a reference for the wide application of pipe integrity management in other oil and gas companies.
