摘    要:在 177 8mm、 139 7mm或 12 7mm油层套管使用普通分级注水泥器进行作业时 ,需换小钻具钻掉分级注水泥器内部结构 ,这不仅延长建井周期 ,而且影响固井质量。根据现场实际情况 ,研制了自通径液压分级注水泥器。室内及现场试验表明 ,这种注水泥器的试验数据与设计理论计算值基本吻合 ,清水密封试压 30MPa ,30min不渗不漏。在 3口井的试验中 ,最大下入深度 2 86 4 32m ,最大井斜 2 8° ,均电测顺利到底。每口井节约钻井成本 2 0万元以上

Abstract:During cementing operation with the conventional stage cementer, the inside components of the cementer that influence the diameter of the casing string must be drilled out with the slim drill string. A new hydraulic stage cementer is developed to solve this problem. The structure and the working principle of the new cementer are introduced. By using this new cementer, the components effecting the casing string diameter fall down to the well bottom automatically by means of hydraulic action, therefore drilling cost is reduced remarkably. Tests show that the new cementer has good performance.
