普通高校成人教育发展面临的挑战与对策--从国有企业改革的视角审视

当前以经济结构调整和制度创新为重点的国有企业改革 ,对普通高校成人教育既提供发展机遇又提出严峻挑战 ;作为成人高等教育的普通高校成人教育 ,为国有企业改革提供人力资源、人力资本和智力等方面的保障与支撑作用 ;普通高校成人教育惟有通过内部与外部、宏观与微观相耦合 ,建立和健全政策法律制度 ,优化其内部结构 ,完善其运行机制 ,并形成国有企业内部成人教育与普通高校成人教育的互补机制 ,才能增强普通高校成人教育对国有企业改革的作用

On the Challenges and Its Countermeasures of the Adult Education from the perspective of Reformation in National Ownership Enterprise

Presently the reformation in national ownership enterprises ,the focus being the adjustment of economic structure and system innovation, fosters an opportunity of development as well as brings forth a grim challenge for the adult education of general university. The adult education of general university as adult higher education, provides guarantee and support functions of manpower resources, manpower capital and intellectual resources etc. for the reformation of national ownership enterprises. Only through coupling inner system with external conditions, and united macro policy with micro operation, establishment and sanity of policy and legal system, optimization of the inner structure, perfection of the running mechanism in the adult education of general university, and the formation of the mutually complementary mechanism between adult education inner national ownership enterprises and the adult education of general university, can it boost up the effect on the reformation of national ownership enterprises.
