摘    要:水下岩塞爆破是修建地下进水口的快速有效的方法 ,在国外已被广泛应用 .安徽省金寨县响洪甸混合式抽水蓄能电站发电进水口采用岩塞爆破形成发电进水口对该工程是唯一的 ,拟采用排孔爆破方案爆破的该水下岩塞是目前国内最大的岩塞 ,而采用排孔爆破方式爆破大直径的水下岩塞 ,掏槽孔的设计是成败的关键 .因此提出了一种新的掏槽设计方案 ,并通过两组现场掏槽试验验证了设计的正确性 .

Abstract:Blasting in underwater rock plugs is a rapid, effective method in building underground water intakes, the method which is widely used in foreign countries. In the power water intakes of Anhui Province Jindian County Xianghongdian Mised Pumped-storage Station, the rock plug blasting used to form power water intakes is a sole method for the project. This rock plug in which to use row hole blasting is so far the biggest rock plug in the country, but in employing row hole blasting to form a big diameter underwater rock plug, the design of undercut holes is the key to success and failure. For this reason, the paper presents a new design for undercuts, and it proves to be all right in two-group on-the-spot undercut experiments.
