摘    要:为对搅拌器多相流体间的最终乳化结果进行模拟,结合FLUENT与ANSYS软件,以VB为前台程序开发搅拌器流场数值模拟软件.用VB开发用户交互界面,通过后台调用ANSYS的APDL完成前处理模块,实现搅拌器叶片、筒体的建模,网格划分和组元创建;通过后台调用FLUENT运行日志文件实现流体流场仿真运算与结果后处理,并以图形...

Abstract:To simulate the final emulsion result of multiphase fluid in mixer,combined with FLUENT and ANSYS,a numerical simulation software of flow field is developed for multiphase fluid mixer by using VB which is taken as the foreground development program.The user interface is developed by VB,and the pre-processing model is implemented by invoking APDL of ANSYS in background,which is used to fulfill the modeling,meshing,component-building of mixer blade and cylinder.The log file of FLUENT is invoked to implement the flow field simulation and post-processing for the fluid,and the graphic and text are outputted and displayed on the user interface which is developed by VB.Compared with the MixSim developed by FLUENT Company,the software can simulate the phase distribution of the multiphase fluid after mixing,and is easy to implement the parameter optimization,especially the optimization of mixer blade rotation speed.
