| 摘 要： | 回转窑煅烧过程中的窑温是影响窑产和质量的重要因素,严重时会引起塌窑,影响生产的正常进行。在分析影响窑温的几个重要因素后,提出了模糊控制方案在回转窑温度控制中的应用,利用Matlab中的模糊工具箱设计模糊控制器,方便有效地实现参数自调整模糊控制系统的设计与仿真。仿真结果表明了该方法的有效性和正确性。

| Abstract: | Kiln-heating in the burning process of kiln is a key factor affecting the quality and output of the kiln. When the kiln-heating burning is serious, the material collapse inside the kiln will be made and the normal production will be interfered. On the basis of analyzing the importance reasons affecting kiln-heating, kiln-heating control with fuzzy control technology is introduced. It is designed that a fuzzy logic controller with fuzzy logic toolbox of Matlab, which makes the design and simulation of Kiln-heating fuzzy control system be easily and effectively, the simulation results show that the method is effective and correct. |
