硬段阻燃改性水性聚氨酯的研究

摘    要:以聚醚210(N-210)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为基本单体,以FRC-5作为扩链剂,用硬段改性的方式将阻燃元素N、P引入到水性聚氨酯中,合成了一系列不同程度改性的阻燃水性聚氨酯。研究了FRC-5的用量对水性聚氨酯阻燃性能、热性能的影响。结果表明,用FRC-5进行扩链可以提高水性聚氨酯的阻燃性和热稳定性。

Abstract:With polyether 210 (N-210) and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) as basic monomers and FRC-5 as chain extender,introducing fire-retardant elements N and P into waterborne polyurethane through hard-segment modification,a series of flameretardant waterborne polyurethanes with different level of modification are synthesized.This paper studies the influence of the amount of FRC-5 on the flame-retardant and thermal properties of the waterborne polyurethane.The results show that chain extension by FRC-5 can improve flame resistance and thermal stability.
