摘    要:通过"学生能力引导表"的构建,创建"因材施教"的交流平台,使学生对自身的知识、智力、能力、思想、心理素质、就业发展方向等有一个正确的认知;使教师充分了解每一位学生的学习起点、发展方向、能力水平,结合课程内容,依据本专业对人才的需要因材施教,充分发挥每位学生的个体"优势",让教学方法尽可能与每位同学独立学习的水平相适应,充分实现在学习的过程中提高人才能力和最大限度地促进个人潜能的发展。

Abstract:Through the establishment of "the table of students ability to guide" to create communication platform of "teaching students according to their aptitude",which makes students have a correct cognition on their knowledge,intelligence,ability,thought,psychological factors as well as employment development;and makes teachers fully understand the starting point of each student′s learning,developing and ability;Combining with professional content,based on the demands for professional personnel to focus on individualized,which gives full play to each student′s individual advantage,makes teaching methods adapt to each student's level of independent learning,fully fulfills improving human capacity in learning and maximizes personal potential to promotion.
