| 摘 要： | 校本研究基于学校,立足学校,服务学校,把教学和科研紧密结合起来,依靠集体的力量和科学手段解决难题,不仅是基础教育教学阶段课程改革的需要,也是高等职业院校质量工程建设工作的需要。以云南热带作物职业学院高等职业教育教学过程中开展校本研究为例,阐述实施校本研究是创建特色学院的需要;是塑造新型校园文化的需要;是学生成长和发展的需要。提出校本研究实施与建设过程中,要处理好研究团队与教学团队一致性的关系;处理好研究与建设一致性的关系;处理好团队与个体一致性关系。
