| 摘 要： | 从大学生(含研究生)就业策略、就业综合竞争力、自主创业、择业因素、就业指导等几个方面对大学生就业的自我意识进行了分析,并结合2009年云南省部分高校初次就业分布和调查问卷数据,对大学生就业的自我意识进行解读。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a comprehensive analysis on self-consciousness in students' employment in terms of the students' employment policy,employment comprehensive competitiveness,self-employment,career factors and employment guidance.The self-consciousness in university students' employment is read combining with teacher questionnaire and the initial employment distribution in some colleges of Yunnan Province in 2009. |
