攀枝花钛精矿浮选新工艺研究

摘    要:针对攀钢选钛厂现有流程复杂、钛铁矿回收率低等问题,提出了"弱磁除铁—浮选脱硫—钛浮选"的全粒级选别新工艺流程。该工艺流程简单,试验指标理想。小型试验获得了钛精矿(TiO2)品位47.4%,钛回收率45.8%的选矿指标。试验中发现:原矿中的钛磁铁矿、入选细度和矿浆的pH值等因素对浮选指标有较大的影响。

Abstract:A new whole-grade technology of weak magnetic iron separation-floatation desulphurization-titanium floatation was put forward to solve the problems of complicated process and low ilmenite recovery in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Plant.The new process is simple and the test index is satisfying.In an experiment,ideal mineral indicators of 47.4% titanium concentrate grade and 45.8% titanium recovery were got.The experiment showed that factors as titanomagnetite,grinding fineness and pH value of pulp had significan...
